MSVCC CONTACTS... The Mississippi Virtual Community College is committed to providing you with the information you need to be successful with online learning. As a result of this commitment, the State Board for Community and Junior Colleges maintains administrative positions tasked specifically with MSVCC operation. Likewise, each of the 15 community colleges provides a Distance Learning Coordinator who handles local MSVCC operations.
