The MSVCC was founded with a commitment to provide affordable and accessible high-quality educational programs and courses through advanced technologies to the learners of Mississippi. Coordinated by the eLearning and Instructional Technology Division of the MCCB, the MSVCC partners with experts in the field of eLearning, Educational Technology, and Instructional Design to deliver innovative, cost-effective training and resources in a variety of formats to prepare faculty and staff to utilize technologies that support the delivery of educational content.
