Consortium Purchasing

The MSVCC maximizes purchasing power by adopting vendor services as a consortium and is generally able to negotiate discounts beyond what individual colleges would typically realize. The adoption or renewal of any vendor service is initiated by members of the consortium and follows a rigorous evaluation and implementation process.
